Looking back to articles written prior to October 2021 (when the Compilation was posted to this site) it would appear that we have come no further along with the quest to free people with societal influence from the effects of censorship. Just as the Judge who ruled on Pastor Pawlowski last fall was unaware of the very real LACK of safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccine products, so too those who are charging MPP Randy Hillier for his role in supporting the countless Canadians (mostly truckers) who arrived along with the Freedom Convoy in an attempt to have their grievances heard. Judges, law enforcement agencies, and others would rule so very differently on those who have the courage to stand up in warning, IF they understood the nature of the dangers in which we find ourselves. The fact that so few of our societal leaders and influencers are aware of the crisis of vax-induced harms TWELVE MONTHS since the start of the vax roll out speaks to the POWER of CENSORSHIP in our "free & open" Western societies.
The Canadian Association of Journalists' Ethics Guidelines demonstrate a commitment to ACCURACY, FAIRNESS, TRANSPARENCY, DIVERSITY, INDEPENDENCE and more. This includes "News organizations...provide forums for the free interchange of information and opinion. As such, we seek to include views from all segments of the population."
"We also encourage our organizations to make room for the interests of all: minorities and majorities, those with power and those without it, holders of disparate and conflicting views."
How is it that some of the population are aware of the science in the field while others are only aware of the curated science that filters out much of the science in the field? So, just what is the Right to Freedom of Expression? Charterpedia provides legal information about the Charter and contains information about the purpose of each section. For specifics on the RIGHT OF FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, see Section 2(b). "The protection of freedom of expression is premised upon fundamental principles and values that promote the search for and attainment of truth, participation in social and political decision-making and the opportunity for individual self-fulfillment through expression." This right does have certain limitations though, such as location (private property considerations) and more.
This letter was posted in the comment section of a blog post by a councilor of an Alberta city as part of the discussion on mask mandates. The writer points out that actions taken by councilors (and school officials) out of fear have the potential to be poorly thought through. The councilors' comments reflect a January 2021 understanding of COVID-19.
What happens when a Judge is looking at the pastor's action purely from the perspective of the officially sanctioned and promoted science? When this judge has not had access to information showing that the by the fall of 2021, science in the field had advanced from its initial state of January 2021. Earlier science on asymptomatic transmission, on the purported lack of data on preventative treatments, on mask & vaccine efficacy had already been disproven by the time this ruling was made. Half a year later, and the majority of decision makers (including in law enforcement) still appear unaware of the disconnect between the "official" public health narrative and the findings of scientists in the field. The urgency with which this MPP is advocating for the safety of Canadians (against vaccine injuries brought about because of vaccine mandates) is being construed as unprofessional and illegal conduct.
Pointing out to Task Force members that the January 2021 state of affairs, as published by one of their members, has obviously changed over time. Letting them know that the Members of Parliament are working on legislation (Bill C-8) that is predicated on the understanding that proof-of-vaccination is needed, while COVID-19 vaccination is proving to be deleterious to human health.
A careful look through the list of claims which FACEBOOK deemed to be false, shows that by July 2021, MANY MANY were already scientifically proven correct. A second review in March 2022 shows that NOT ONLY were the incorrect items removed, more were added. As a result, it is clear that if Facebook Fact Checkers are programmed to flag any postings of on the list as FAKE NEWS, it is THEY who are providing readers with DISINFORMATION.
Is it any wonder anyone trying to post accurate, current, science-based information is deplatformed? The CDC's role in the COVID-19 vaccine development and marketing completely discredits Facebook as a valid journalistic enterprise. Ditto for its investments.
