Proposal for a different type of Religious Exemption

Instead of coming at this from WHAT one believes, this is a teaching tool, saying X person would comply (because the tenets of their faith include altruism, etc.) but science shows that it is MORE altruistic to NOT take the inoculation, as to do so would be to drive UP hospital numbers and take care away from others, be a danger to others etc.  (Sacred texts from a range of faiths can be used if Christian texts cited are not applicable to an individual case. One can rewrite the text into a first person (I) perspective.)
